Suzanne Pleshette in The Birds

"The Birds" is a classic Alfred Hitchcock flick from 1963. In it, a high maintenance socialite Melanie Daniels (played by Tippi Hedren) is shopping in a San Francisco pet store when she meets Mitch Brenner (played by Rod Taylor). She follows him up to the seemingly quiet coastal town of Bodega Bay, where Mitch kicks back on weekends with his sister and nutty mother. Shortly after she arrives, Melanie is attacked by a gull, but this is just the start of a series of attacks by an increasing number of birds. While Mitch and Melanie are hanging out, he overlooks the woman who really wants him...Annie Hayworth who is played by the always hot Suzanne Pleshette. Once again, a dumb ass goes after some pain in the ass chick when he could have the girl that would do anything for him. We admired Ms. Pleshette in The Bob Newhart Show and even an episode of Wild, Wild West and well as countless movies. A reminder to guys, turn around and look at the hot girl who really wants you instead of chasing a pain in the ass girl who'll eventually make your life miserable.
